Thought-provoking point… that Widodo wasn’t actually even complying with his own country’s law. So it wasn’t his right to kill the men. Only within his power. I remember hearing before, more of the details. In this video, it is said that there was a hurry (to follow through on the executions). I remember that there is also the detail Joko (Widodo) wouldn’t address the specifics of the cases (as required) but just determined that he would be stubborn.
